Question of the Day: What has been the highlight of the meeting for you?

On this final day of ANESTHESIOLOGY® 2019, attendees continue to gather for the last of the exciting education sessions and dynamic featured speakers. As such, the ASA Daily News staff asked attendees to reflect on their time at the annual meeting with this question:

What has been the highlight of the meeting for you?

There’s been so much. I would say probably the highlight of the meeting was when the Surgeon General was speaking at the Rovenstine Lecture. He was just so uplifting and empowering and I really enjoyed hearing him talk.

The amount of people coming. The exhibitors are great, too. And several of the presentations were also perfect.

The Rovenstine Lecture. Absolutely. He was totally inspiring and I just loved that talk, so that’s definitely been the highlight.

The highlight of the meeting has been the Rovenstine Lecture; it was awesome. I didn’t know the Surgeon General was an anesthesiologist. It was great.
